Bio-Blast is an eco-friendly monumental surface cleaner that is safe for the user, substrate and the environment. Bio-Blast is extremely effective at removing stains, mold, algae, mildew, lichens and environmental pollutants on various architectural surfaces including but not limited to marble, granite, limestone, brownstone, travertine, masonry, terra cotta, concrete, stucco, wood. Bio-Blast is exceptional for cleaning gravestones, monuments, historical buildings, etc. Bio-Blast is also very effective for cedar and shingle roofs cleaning, and will keep the roof clean for 2-3 years depending on conditions.
Bio-Blast is a bio remediation, cleaning, and restorative agent that can be used to treat most porous and non porous surfaces. Bio-Blast (as a water miscible solution) is extremely effective in the removal of organic fouling, detritus and general grime.
Bio-Blast will also act as an anti-biofilm agent in the reduction and elimination of biofilm growth, bio-organic and other forms of organic fouling with a minimum service life of 24 months. Bio-Blast will not etch or damage glass or metal surfaces that it may come into contact with. It is safe to use when recommended precautions are followed.

- Safe: Defined by NTP, IARC, or OSHA, the Bio-Blast is considered essentially to have an oral LD50 of 8.0 g/kg of body weight. No special ventilation is required during use.
- Effective: Fast acting. Removes stains, mold, algae, mildew, lichens and air pollutants while being effective on marble, granite, limestone, brownstone, travertine, masonry, terra cotta, concrete, stucco, wood, and other architectural surfaces including monuments, sculptures and headstones.
- Environmentally Friendly: Water based, biodegradable, pH neutral, no TAP’s, no HAPs, non-mutagenic and can be discarded into municipal sewage systems. It is also extremely safe to use around plants and vegetation.
- Simple: Easy to apply and easy to remove.
