- The Inquiry.
In need of a high-performing protective coating that could protect military-grade windshields from rocks and debris, as well as improve driver reaction time, the US Army, in partnership with PAS Armor, requested that Diamon-Fusion coating be applied to their HMMWV’s. The patented coating was tested and approved by US Military standards.
- The Solution.
As the glass supplier and exclusive licensee of the Diamon-Fusion coating, PAS Armored treated the US Army military vehicles, which were tested and approved to improve safety conditions under the wide range of adverse weathering conditions that such vehicles drive through. “We are thrilled to have been awarded this new order by the US Military; the DFI nano-coating will add safety to the US Army ground combat vehicles, such as improved visibility during adverse weather conditions, which can potentially help save lives by reducing field accidents.” – Tom Briggs | Vice President, PAS Armored
- The Outcome.
“Sand-pitting and erosion under desert-like weather conditions have a very harsh impact on the visibility of military vehicles and Diamon-Fusion substantially improves visibility, as tested by the US Army” – Senior Army Official | US Army
